Built by those who’ve lived it. Designed for those who need it.
Program Valkyrie was created by veterans and survivors who know what it’s like to live with PTSD—and to feel like you’ve tried everything. After navigating the long road of traditional treatments with little relief, our founder experienced the life-changing potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy when nothing else worked.
What started as one veteran’s turning point became a mission to help others find a way forward—with support, structure, and evidence-based care. Program Valkyrie is that mission in action.

Why "Valkyrie"
In Norse mythology, Valkyries were the warriors who chose who would live and who would fall on the battlefield—but more importantly, they guided the fallen home.
We chose the name Valkyrie because we see every person impacted by PTSD as a warrior—and we believe they deserve a path to peace. Our program exists to help guide people from survival to renewal, with strength, dignity, and support.
Our program is open to anyone living with PTSD who’s ready to explore a new model of recovery. We are especially focused on serving:
Veterans and active-duty military
First responders (police, fire, paramedics)
Survivors of trauma who have not found success with traditional therapies

Grant Miller
Grant Miller joined the Royal Newfoundland Regiment (Reserve force) in 2004 at the age of 17. After transferring to the 2nd Battalion Royal Canadian Regiment (Regular force) in 2007, he deployed to Kandahar Province, Afghanistan in 2010.
After being in country for 4 months, he walked into an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) while on foot patrol sustaining wounds to his lower leg, stomach, back, hand and head. His fire team partner, Corporal Brian Pinksen, died from his wounds a week after the blast.
After being diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Chronic Pain disorder, Cpl Grant Miller medically released from the military in 2015. He attended Carleton University in Ottawa in 2017 and finished his Bachelors in Economics the summer of 2021.
Upon graduating, Grant was mentally burned out and felt helpless. He tried Ketamine Assisted Therapy and completely changed his life. He started Charlie Team Consulting and has been researching and developing a program called “The Valkyrie Program” which integrates Psychedelic Assisted Therapy into fitness and wellness.
